2. Buddhist event: Uposatha Retreat and Dharma talks at Long Van Temple, Orlando, Florida: Octorber 14-19, 2010
Thay Minh Quang will be visiting Long Van Temple again during the third week of October. Here is the tentative schedule:.
1. The Uposatha Retreat will be on Saturday, Octorber 16th, 2010.
2.The Dharma lecture and Buddhist services will be given on Sunday, Octorber 17th, 2010.
3. Other Dharma sessions and Buddhist activities will be given as needed during the weekdays.

3. Landscaping and renovating-October 2010:
The Bodhi trees and the bamboos grow well after having the topsoil and the mulch added. The next needed ingredient for their growth is the water. We have just a single day of heavy rain due to the effect of a remote hurricane and they look much greener and happier.After the interior painting and the cleaning, we have got more than half of the 80 boxes of book shelved! Too many books from the monastic and scholarly training! We are clearing out the boxes from the main hall.
